Embark on the Double Down Challenge (DDC) adventure, beginning with the Fleet Feet 4 Miler at 7:15 AM. Participants will complete the 4 Miler, and just before crossing the finish line, navigate the Double Down Chute to re-enter the starting chute for the 10 Miler.
Double Down Challenge Participants must start the 10 Miler portion of the challenge by 8:00 AM. Due to regulations of local rules, no exceptions will be made to this cutoff time.
Participants who cannot complete the 4 Miler and return to the start line for the 10-mile distance by 8 AM will NOT be allowed to start the 10-mile distance.
PLEASE NOTE: There is about a .25-mile jog from the finish line of the 4-mile race to the start line of the 10-mile race. The cutoff pace for the 4-mile portion of the Double Down Challenge is a10:30 min/mile.
DDC participants must complete the 10-mile segment of the challenge by 10:35 AM. Gear up for the ultimate running experience!

Runners for all distances should arrive by 6:00 AM to leave ample time to find a parking spot and take care of any pre-race needs.

To reduce congestion on race day, we are recommending that each distance park in specific lots on the UNC Campus if you are planning to park on campus. Please follow these directions, so everyone has a smooth race day experience. We strongly recommend participants carpool.
